BZees Lace-Up Sneaker | Lightweight Comfort Sneakers for Women
We designed the BZees lace-up shoe to feel like nothing on your feet while delivering the support you need for a full day of movement. The upper is a breathable stretch knit that moves with you — no breaking in required — while our proprietary air-infused outsole absorbs impact without adding weight.

The upper on every BZees lace-up sneaker is a stretch knit fabric that gives when you move and returns to shape when you take them off. We position breathable mesh panels along the midfoot and tongue to keep air circulating, which helps keep your feet cool during longer walks or warm-weather wear.

Sizing & fit
We recommend ordering your usual sneaker size — the stretch knit upper adapts to your foot width, so you don’t need to size up for extra room. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit around the midfoot, go up a half size.
The lace-up closure lets you dial in the fit across your instep. The knit has enough give that you won’t feel pressure points even if you have a higher arch or wider forefoot. The heel counter is soft and padded rather than rigid, so it won’t dig into your Achilles tendon during extended wear.

Care instructions
Every pair is fully machine washable. Toss them in on a cold or warm cycle with your regular laundry — no need for a delicate bag, though you can use one if you prefer. We recommend air drying rather than using a dryer, as high heat can break down the air-infused sole over time.
For spot cleaning between washes, a damp cloth with mild soap works on the knit upper. The material dries quickly, so you can wear them again within an hour or two. If you’re curious about the full washing process and tips for keeping them looking new longer, the steps mirror what we outline in our general care guide for all BZees styles.

Common questions about BZees lace-up sneakers
Yes. The air-infused outsole absorbs impact with every step, and the cushioned memory foam insole molds to your foot over time. Many customers wear them for 8-10 hours a day without discomfort, whether for work shifts, sightseeing, or running errands.
The lightweight construction also reduces fatigue compared to heavier sneakers, since your feet aren’t working as hard to lift each step.
You can, though we recommend wearing them with no-show or ankle socks for the first few wears to let the insole conform to your foot. The stretch knit upper is soft and won’t cause rubbing, but the insole may shift slightly without socks until it’s fully broken in.
If you do wear them sockless, the breathable mesh panels help prevent moisture buildup. They’re also machine washable, so any odor from sockless wear comes out easily in the wash.
Order your usual sneaker size. The stretch knit upper adapts to your foot width, so you don’t need to size up unless you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit around the midfoot.
If you typically wear a half size and find it unavailable, go up to the next whole size. The lace-up closure gives you control over how snug the fit is across your instep.
They’re built for everyday surfaces like pavement, tile, hardwood, and light gravel. The flex grooves in the sole provide traction on smooth and textured surfaces, and the air-infused foam cushions impact on harder ground.
They’re not designed for technical hiking or rough trails with loose rock, but they handle packed dirt paths, boardwalks, and grass without issue.
You can wash them as often as needed — every few weeks for regular wear, or after every trip if you’re using them for travel. The materials are designed to hold up to repeated washing without losing shape or cushioning.
We recommend air drying rather than using a dryer. High heat can break down the air pockets in the sole over time, which reduces the cushioning effect.
The memory foam insole provides moderate arch support that increases as the foam molds to your foot shape. If you need more structured support, the insole is removable so you can use your own orthotic or custom insert.
The air-infused outsole also flexes with your natural gait, which helps distribute pressure more evenly across your foot rather than forcing your arch into a fixed position.
The standard lace-up sneaker is water-resistant but not waterproof. Light rain or splashes won’t soak through immediately, but prolonged exposure to wet conditions will saturate the knit upper.
If you need a fully waterproof option, we offer a treated version with a water-repellent coating on the knit. The standard version dries quickly after getting wet, and you can machine wash them afterward if needed.
