The Golden bootie runs true to standard US women’s sizing. We recommend ordering your typical size for a comfortable fit right out of the box. The stretch knit collar accommodates most calf widths without binding, while the lace-free design means no adjustments needed throughout the day.
If you typically wear thick socks with boots, consider sizing up a half size for extra toe room. The elastic topline sits about 3 inches above your ankle bone, high enough to stay secure but low enough to pair with cropped pants or full-length denim. Care & washing instructions
Machine wash the Golden bootie in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. We recommend placing them in a mesh laundry bag to protect the stretch knit during the wash. Remove the memory foam insoles before washing and hand wash those separately with mild soap.
Air dry your boots completely before wearing again – never put them in the dryer, as heat can damage the Air Infused™ cushioning. Most pairs dry within 12-18 hours at room temperature. For spot cleaning between washes, wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The tread provides solid traction on wet pavement, but they’re not designed as a winter snow boot. They excel in transitional weather and mild winter conditions.
The Golden bootie fits true to size and consistent with other BZees ankle boot styles. The stretch knit collar accommodates various calf widths more easily than our zipper styles. If you own other BZees footwear, order your usual size. The toe box is slightly roomier than our athletic sneakers, giving your toes more wiggle room during all-day wear.

The memory foam insole may develop some compression in high-pressure areas after six months of daily wear, but replacement insoles are available separately. Boots must be in like-new condition for returns. Worn boots showing signs of outdoor use cannot be returned, but light indoor try-on wear is perfectly fine for our return policy.
The Golden bootie includes moderate arch support through the contoured footbed and memory foam insole. The arch support works well for neutral to low arches. If you need significant arch lift, the removable insole design allows you to substitute custom orthotics. The flexible midsole doesn’t restrict orthotic placement, making these boots orthotic-friendly for customers who require additional support.
